  • Overview

    The scientific project is a group project available each semester. Multiple project topics are available. Each topic has an advising Professor associated with it. You select the topic you want to work on. If you want to do it alone ask your advising Professor.

    The scientific project consists of 3 deliverables:

    1. the implementation (practical work)
    2. the scientific paper
    3. the scientific talk presenting your results

  • First Step: Choose a topic

    Choose a topic below and email the advising Professor. He will guide you in your implementation and in writing your paper. He will also receive your deliverables. You will need to register your project with the qmengine.rwu.de.

  • Last Step: Scientific Talk

    When your team is ready to present your findings you will register below for a presentation date. Each semester there are two presentation days. This event is open to the public and is intended to reach alumni and the interested public. The presentation will be held in English.

    Duration of the presentation: 20 minutes talk + 10 to 20 minutes demonstration of the project and questions.

    Please also register your own presentation with Norbert Perk perk@rwu.de: topic, name of the presenter, supervising professor, day, location and start time of the presentation. The start time of the presentation is the starting time of the presentation event. Norbert Perk will publish your presentation on the RWU homepage to anounce your talk to the interested public.
