    Regeln für die virtuelle Sprechstunde:

    1. Sei zu Beginn der Sprechstunde im virtuellen Büro anwesend:

    2. Jeder wird in einen individuellen Gruppenraum eingeteilt. Wenn zu viele Personen teilnehmen, müssen wir entscheiden, wer zur nächsten Sprechstunde kommen muss.
    3. Bereite dich in deinem Gruppenraum vor, indem du dein Mikrofon und Lautsprecher testest und alle Präsentationen hochlädst, damit du bereit bist, wenn wir anfangen.
    4. Im Hauptraum von BBB kannst du sehen, in welchem Gruppenraum ich mich befinde. Ich beginne in Raum 1 und gehe dann der Reihe nach weiter, sodass du abschätzen kannst, wann du an der Reihe bist.
    5. Jeder hat zwischen 10 und 15 Minuten, also respektiere die Zeit der anderen und fasse dich kurz.
    6. Wenn wir mehr Zeit benötigen, finden wir einen separaten Termin.
    7. Wenn du zu spät kommst, warte im Hauptraum. Wenn noch Zeit übrig ist, werde ich dich in einen neuen Raum einteilen.

    Virtual Office Hour Rules:

    1. Appear in the virtual office

       at the beginning of the office hour. 
    2. Everyone will be placed in an individual group room. If there is too many people we need to decide whohas to come to the next office hour.
    3. Once in your group room prepare by testing the microphone / speaker and upload any presentation so you are ready when we start.
    4. You can see in the main BBB room which group room I am in, I will start in room 1 and then move sequentially so you can estimate when it will be your turn.
    5. Everyone has between 10 and 15 Minutes so respect everyones time and be brief.
    6. If we have to extend time we will find a separate time slot.
    7. If you are late, wait in the main room. If there is time left I will put you into a new room
