Abstract:

Conducting a simulation to optimize the supply chain of a company to improve the economic situation and the generation of value. This includes hereby also the supplier as well as the customers. Hence. it is a process-orientated training in the context of Operations Management.

Implementation of a manual simulation for the holistic optimization of the value creation processes in a company. It is thus a process training for operations management that also takes aspects of supply chain management into account since both "suppliers" and "customers" are included in the analysis.
